Right of return up to 30 days
You have 30 days to check everything carefully. If something doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods. To do this, simply send the goods back to us. As soon as we receive the goods, we will refund your payment, including the shipping costs.
In the case of damaged or incomplete goods, a deduction may be made from the credit note at the discretion of TORLAND GmbH.
Returns
If you live in the EU or Switzerland, you can return the goods to us free of charge if you use a return label, which we will enclose in the package or make available via our returns portal .
Alternatively, you can return the goods to us using the shipping service provider of your choice. In this case, the return costs will be at your expense. Please send the goods to the following address:

from Germany:
Please use the UPS return label that we include in the package. Alternatively, you can order a free DHL return label via our returns portal . You can find the nearest UPS or DHL parcel drop-off point via our returns portal.
from Austria:
Please use the Austrian Post return label, which we enclose with the package. Alternatively, you can order a free return label for the Austrian Post via our returns portal .
from Switzerland:
Please order a free return label for the Swiss Post via our returns portal . It is important that you enter the order number there so that the return can be correctly cleared through customs.
from other EU countries:
Please order a free return label via our returns portal . Depending on your country, you will receive a shipping label for UPS, DHL or another shipping service provider. You can find the nearest parcel drop-off point for the respective shipping service provider via our returns portal .
from other countries:
Please send the goods back to us using the shipping service provider of your choice. The return costs are at your expense. Please send us the goods to the following address:

Return times and shipment tracking
It can take up to two weeks for the return to reach us. This is especially true for return labels, which we provide free of charge. The goods are then sent to our logistics partner's logistics center. The returns are collected there and periodically transported to us in Vienna.
Shipment tracking:
Please note that the arrival of the return shipment at our logistics partner is indicated when tracking the shipment. Even if it is noted there that the shipment has arrived, it may still take a few days until we receive the return shipment and can record it as a return.
