Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Other EU countries and Norway

• 6,75 EUR shipping costs
• Delivery within 4 to 5 days

Remaining countries

• 30 EUR shipping costs
• Delivery within 10 days
• Any costs for customs clearance or import sales tax are to be borne by the customer

Click & Collect in Vienna

• Pick up in store
• When ordering, select the "Pick up" option
• You can then pick up the goods in our store in the 3rd district or in the store in the 16th district

Shipping conditions

We deliver the goods you want from our warehouse via a shipping service provider. We charge a flat shipping fee for orders, which depends on the delivery address and the order value. You can find the respective shipping costs in the list above.

Your order will be delivered directly to your desired address. You can enter your delivery address when ordering. All deliveries are sent from our warehouse in Austria.

Deliveries to countries outside the EU

Please note that additional customs clearance costs and VAT may apply for deliveries outside the EU. These depend on the respective country.

Deliveries to Switzerland

For customers residing in Switzerland, we handle the customs formalities and pay customs duties and import taxes. This means there are no additional costs.

Shipping service provider

As a rule, we ship with Austrian Post within Austria, with DHL to Germany, with Swiss Post in Switzerland and with UPS or GLS to other countries. In exceptional cases, we ship with other shipping service providers. Different shipping service providers are sometimes used for returns.

Shipping times

Our deliveries are usually sent the day after the order, exceptionally up to two days later. Orders placed on the weekend are shipped on Monday. Customers in Germany and Austria can expect to receive the package usually three to four days after ordering. For customers in other countries, shipping may take longer.
