Returns

You can return the products from our online shop to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods, provided they are unused and undamaged.

For returns, you can order a free return label via our returns portal to send the package back by post or DHL.

Alternatively, you can return the goods to us using the shipping service provider of your choice. In this case, the return costs will be at your expense. Please send the goods to the following address:
