Our goal is to extend the life cycle of jeans and use resources wisely. We firmly believe that old jeans still have a lot of potential and shouldn't simply be thrown away. By collecting them, we aim to reduce waste and promote the circular economy.

For our campaign, we collect all types of jeans, regardless of brand or condition. TORLAND jeans and models from other brands are all welcome! Bring your old jeans to our Vienna store to give them a new life.

For online customers, directly returning old jeans is not an option because shipping them back is not ecologically viable, However, you can include old jeans in a return shipment. Please label them and indicate the number on the return form to avoid confusion. This will help ensure a smooth process.

Other organizations also collect old jeans for recycling into new materials. In Germany, Jeans-Recycling.org runs collection points, and jeansgogreen.ch runs an initiative in Switzerland. By dropping off your jeans at these locations, new recycled yarn is obtained.

We check the old jeans we collect and either repair them for resale as secondhand items, turn them into upcycled products in Viennese sewing workshops, or shred them into recycled cotton. This process promotes sustainable fashion and conserves resources.
